The Talent Pool Sourcing & Selection service aims at building a pool of talents available on the market meeting specific requirements. The Human Value consultants interview candidates meeting the requirements agreed upon with the customer and present a monthly short list. The customer has the chance to choose from a pool of selected candidates who can be hired in the short or medium term according to the actual company's recruitment needs.

This service is carried out over a period of 6 or 12 months.
