According to and to the effect of Article 13 of the Legislative Decree of 30 June 2003, n.196, with the relative Code for the protection of personal data, Support S.r.l., with its legal office in Treviolo (BG), Via delle Querce 7 -24048  wishes to inform you of the followings:

The data supplied by you will be handled both manually and by computerized means, solely for the exclusive and specific selection or evaluation of personnel, respecting privacy and safety regulations provided by the norm in force.
The submission of data is entirely voluntary. Without said data or the permission to handle them, Support S.r.l. would not be in a position to consider your candidacy during selection projects, or for a potential in-depth evaluation.

We also wish to inform you that, in order to carry out the above mentioned activities, your data may be forwarded to clients of Support S.r.l. (or to a company controlled by associates) who may potentially be interested in your professional profile, only following your specific authorization which may also be given verbally. Your personal data may be disclosed to parties specifically identified and authorized by Support S.r.l. and any other duly authorized external parties. Your updated personal data, unless expressly indicated by you, will also be retained in the event of other recruitment projects or for potential in-depth evaluations upon your authorization which can also be given verbally.

Handling of data will only be undertaken for as long as is consistent with the purpose for which it was collected. Nevertheless, should the interested party deem, for any reason, the scope be terminated, he/she should inform Support S.r.l. in writing so it may proceed with the immediate deletion of the information.

Furthermore, Support S.r.l. informs you that you may, at any moment, exert your rights recognized by Article 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 by sending a request via e-mail to the person in charge of data handling at Support S.r.l, Mr. Valerio Menichini (menichini@humanvalue.it), according to and as indicated by Articles 8, 9, 10 of Legislative Decree 196/2003:

(i) to obtain confirmation of the existence of your personal data, also prior to registration, and their communication in meaningful form; indication of their origin, the scope and means of handling; indication of the identifying details of the owner by the person in charge of their handling and of the parties or party categories to whom the data may be transmitted or that which may be disclosed to due to acting as the person in charge of handling; their updating, correction, and the integration of the data, their deletion, their transformation into anonymous form or blocking of the data which is handled in violation of the law; the certification of said operations have been disclosed to those parties to which the data have been communicated;

(ii) to not accept the handling of your personal data for legitimate reasons.
