Pursuant to and by effect of art. 13 of Italian legislative decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003, comprising the Code in force regarding the protection of personal data, Support S.r.l., with registered offices in Treviolo (BG), Via delle Querce n. 7 - 24048 and Human Value S.r.l., with registered offices in Rome, Via in dell'Astronomia 18 - 00144, (subsidiary company), in their capacity as Controllers, wish to inform that providing your data is entirely optional.

The data that you have supplied to us shall be subject to processing both manually and using data-processing and telematic systems and tools, in full respect of the rules regarding confidentiality and security provided by current legislation.

Data processing shall have a duration no longer than is strictly necessary for the purposes for which the data were collected. However, if the data subject considers, for whatever reason, that the purpose of the processing has been accomplished, he/she should communicate in writing to Support S.r.l. and Human Value S.r.l. at the above-mentioned address, who will immediately proceed to delete the information.

Support S.r.l. and Human Value S.r.l. also wish to inform you that you may, in any moment, exercise, by making a request, also by e-mail, to the Data Processing Supervisor of Support S.r.l., Ms. Francesca Meloni (francesca.meloni@supporthr.com) and the Data Processing Supervisor of Human Value S.r.l., Mr. Valerio Menichini (menichini@humanvalue.it) using the methods expressly referred to in art. 8, 9, 10 of Italian legislative decree 196/2003, your rights pursuant to art. 7 of Italian legislative decree 196/2003:

(i) to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning you, even if as yet unrecorded, and the communication of such data in intelligible form; to be informed of the source of the personal data, the purposes and methods of their processing; to be informed of the logic applied, of the identification data regarding the data controller, the supervisor and the subjects or categories of subject to whom or which the personal data may be communicated and who or which may get to know said data in their capacity as designated supervisor or representative; to obtain updating, rectification and integration of data, deletion, anonymization or blocking of data that have been processed unlawfully; a declaration that these operations have been communicated  to those to whom or which the data were communicated or disseminated;

(ii) to object to the treatment of your personal data in the presence of legitimate reasons.
