He started his career in 2003 within the Corporate HR Department of Brembo, dealing first with selection and then HR management activities for a plant of the Group.

He joined Support in January 2005 as search and selection consultant in the Industrial/Automotive/Engineering Practice. In 2007 he became the youngest Partner of the company and the following year he took charge of the JobChallenge Business Unit.

Today he manages search & selection projects, with a special focus on the Industry - Processes market and the Procurement and Supply Chain functions.

In his free time he is extremely versatile: he loves cooking, going to the theatre and is keen on net economy.
