Born in Bergamo 43 years ago, Massimo Conti graduated with full marks in Earth Sciences from the Università degli studi of Milan in 1992 and has gained his whole professional experience in service companies.

In 1992, together with some studying companions, he set up Eurogeo, a company dealing with geological and environment advisory services (still operating in Lombardy and Tuscany). Within Eurogeo he was responsible for the territorial planning and pits and dumps sector and in 1995 he became Sales Manager of the company. The main contacts were with local bodies, raw material extraction companies and construction firms.

In 1993 he personally managed the start up of the company regional branch in Tuscany.

In 1997 he joined Gruppo Impresa Finance, a company from Brescia advising businesses about obtaining financing for their investments through regional, national and European funds.

In a very short time he became Sales Manager for the Bergamo branch and developed the whole client portfolio.

At the end of 1998 he joined Support, realizing immediately the big growth opportunities offered by the company.

At first he managed the start up of the Finance Business Unit, offering companies the chance to access to soft financing, as BU Manager.

In 2000 he became Partner of the company and, starting from January 2001, he took charge of the global company management reporting to the Board of Directors.

Up to the end of 2003 the core businesses of Support were Soft Financing, Development and Training.

Since January 2004, with the start-up within Support of the Search and Selection and Employer Branding businesses, he has taken the role of Sales Manager, leaving the management of the company to the new Managing Director, Domenico Mistri.

Massimo Conti is married, has a daughter and speaks English and French.

In his free time he does some voluntary work and enjoys doing sport, reading and listening to music.
