Maria Grazia Natale has a degree in Political Science from the University Federico II of Naples and has always been involved with consultancy activities. From 1989 to 1992 she worked with some Italian consulting firms, carrying out qualified personnel search and selection activities and managing training projects.

In 1992 she started her successful career in I.C. Recruiting, a company from the I.C. Group, specializing in clerical staff and middle management, and became Partner in 1999.

Focussing on different sectors, she was mainly responsible for business development and project management activities in the pharmaceutical, medical, industrial and service sectors.

In 2001 the activities of the I.C. Group were taken over by Heidrick & Struggles International, an American leading company in the executive search sector. The company aimed at widening its range of services through the takeover, including the middle management sector. Maria Grazia Natale worked as Consultant within the Management Search Division with business development and customer management responsibilities in the Healthcare, Industry & Professional Services practices.

In December 2002 she set up Human Value, focussing mainly on the practices Pharma & Healthcare (and becoming the Practice Manager), Consumer Goods and specializing in the search and selection of professionals for the Human Resources function.

Maria Grazia Natale has a daughter, speaks English and French and loves the sea and the Cilento region, where she spends most of her free time.
