Support was set up in Bergamo and specialized in soft financing and training activities.

1983 | Setting-up of Skippers
Skippers was set up by Gianfranco Caffi and Giovanni Oriani, HR professionals with previous experiences in the HR management within multinational companies. The company focussed on Middle Management search and selection activities.

1991 | Skippers entering into Support corporate capital

1994 | Skippers acquiring the whole corporate capital of Support

1997 | Start of the Skippers - TMP Worldwide cooperation
Through the gaining of market shares in the Recruiting sector Skippers managed to become one of the leading companies in Italy, catching the attention of TMP Worldwide, the most important Recruitment Advertising Agency worldwide.

1999 | TMP acquiring the whole corporate capital of Skippers
The company underwent an impressive development and strong diversification phase and, thanks to the TMP Group experience and competencies, it specialized in Employer Branding, Executive Search and e-Resourcing activities.

2002 | Setting-up of Human Value
Human Value was set up in Rome and specialized in Middle Management search and selection activities.

2004 | Support focussing on the HR market
After working together for 4 years, the former Support partners left the TMP Group and decided to relaunch the company and turn it into one of the main Italian players in the HR sector, continuing their partnership with TMP Worldwide for communication activities.

2005 | Opening of the Milan and Rome branches

2006 | Support partnership in BlueChange
As a founding partner (with a 20% share) Support joined BlueChange, an organization consulting firm (www.bluechange.it).

2007 | Cross-partnership between Support and Human Value
To increase their market shares and enhance their specific competences, Support and Human Value defined an exchange of shares, giving rise to the Support HR solutions Group.

2007 | Support setting up JobChallenge in Turin
Support set up JobChallenge in Turin, focussing on student communications activities and aiming at offering a wider and more integrated range of services.  

2007 | Support repositioning
Support redefined its five division brands, with the aim of strengthening its identity and widening the services offered by the different business units.
