After a work experience in the Same Deutz Fahr HR Management Department, Ilaria Gualandris decided to approach the consultancy sector. In 1998 she joined Skippers, a Search & Selection company, dealing with search and selection processes within the Consumer Goods practice.

After that, following the takeover by TMP Worldwide, she started focussing on Assessment Centre projects for the potential analysis and evaluation, specializing in assignments in that area.

In 2004 she joined Support and in 2005 became Partner of the company. Since 2007 she has been responsible for the HR Consulting Business Unit and has managed projects concerning definition, mapping and development of competences, coaching and HR management systems. She is in charge of the HR Finance division, too.

She graduated with full marks in W&O Psychology from the University of Padua and deepened her knowledge about Assessment Centres following Professor Levati's lessons. She attended a postgraduate master course in Corporate Coaching in 2007.

Ilaria has a daughter. The sea (Ligurian sea) is her natural habitat.
