After graduating in Philosophy with specialization in Psychology in 1996, Francesca Meloni concluded her university work placement in Alleanza Assicurazioni and entered the HR sector.

In 1997 she joined Skippers, a Middle Management Search & Selection company, as Junior Consultant. In 1999 she experienced the transition from Skippers to the multinational company TMP Worldwide. From her office in Bergamo, she followed local clients, mainly in the industrial sector and, as consultant in the Consumer Goods practice, managed national and international projects. Together with her role as selection consultant, she supported the HR Manager for training and development activities. In 2001 she entered Hudson Highland Group, spin off of TMP Worldwide.

In 2004 she joined Support as Partner of the company and became responsible for Search & Selection BU for the Milan offices. She personally managed selection projects for important clients in the finance sector.

Since 2007 she has been BU Manager for Human Value - Search & Selection and internal contact person for the Banking & Insurance and Finance competence centres.

Francesca Meloni is a graphologist and her great loves are music and books.
