The professionals at HR Consulting have devised 360° Feedback, a new measurement system in the form of a very simple and fast online survey.
This tool allows resources to conduct a self-assessment and compare their own assessments with those provided by their colleagues, superiors, suppliers, and clients.
360° Feedback is flexible and fully-customizable to the specific needs and requirements of the client. It is a questionnaire composed of a table of competencies to which an expected ranking of importance and possibile actions are associated. Because modules can be created, the types of questions, the level of answers expected, and the end users can each be identified. It is also possible to utilize the tool involving a more limited set of people (180° Feedback).
