Employee Communication Effectively communicating the objectives and strategic projects of a company to all employees is fundamental in creating cohesion, reinforcing motivation and diffusing a sense of belonging to the company. The complexity of organizational structures, the speed of evolution of business models and competition on a global scale require growing investments in internal communications. This, in fact, has the power to significantly contribute to the creation of a positive climate and an increase in retention rate. We believe it is important to use both a Top-Down approach to communication in order to circulate information and share goals, and a Bottom-Up approach by activating systems of feedback analysis and analysis of corporate climate.
