In 1987 he entered Nexo, a start-up specializing in management software development and managed the HR department.
In 1989 he joined Skippers, a Middle Management Search & Selection company, working as Senior Consultant. In 1995 he became business Partner and set up the ICT practice. After a couple of years, he was appointed General Manager and entered the Board of Directors. In 1999, together with the founding Partners, he designed the strategy to integrate Skippers into TMP Worldwide.
In 2000 he was appointed Managing Director of TMP Worldwide Italy and was responsible for the business units Search & Selection (e-Resources) and Employer Branding (AdComms).
He has been President and Managing Director of Support since 2004.
Domenico Mistri speaks fluent English, has two children and three great loves: sailing, books and Tuscany.
