Definition of competencies

We assist companies in establishing the necessary competencies to fill a particular role and to plan development paths

The consultants at HR Consulting work alongside organizations to offer consulting support to leverage development of the company as a whole.  They are able to furnish support at the stage of defining the competencies which are necessary to fill a particular role as well as determining core competencies for each company, requisites which each employee must have in order to be able to contribute to the implementation of the company's strategies in an effective manner.

Competencies are a combination of knowledge, capability, and ability of an individual which enable a task to be carried out effectively.  They are grouped into three areas:

The definition of competencies and associated behaviors is the first step in creating a competency model and a mapping, an analytical evaluation of the level of resources.
