After graduating in Law from the University La Sapienza of Pisa, Daniela Orsi entered the consulting sector with I.C. Recruiting, a company from the I.C. Group (Network Accord Group) specializing in the search and selection of qualified and middle management professionals.
After starting in the IT sector, she participated in the Italian start up of several multinational companies and then followed the outstanding development of the Telecommunication market.
She turned then to the Consumer and Luxury Goods sectors.
In 1999 she became Partner of I.C. Recruiting, becoming a member of the company board.
At the beginning of 2001 the activities of the I.C. Group were taken over by Heidrick & Struggles International (H&S), a Nasdaq listed American company and leader in the executive search: the aim was to participate in the definition of a new service line for Italy and, at the same time, in the launch of the new H&S - Management Search Division.
Within H&S she worked as Assignment Manager, with business development and project management responsibilities for the Consumer & Industry practice.
In December 2002 she set up Human Value, specializing mainly in the Tertiary Sector & Advanced Services, with a special focus on Sales & Marketing functions.
Daniela Orsi speaks fluent English and French. Her great loves are photography and travels.
